Challenge
A two-sided marketplace has to win attention from both sides at once: companies that are hiring and the recruiters who fill those roles. The founders had great data and strong opinions, but posted a few times a quarter.
What we did
We built a content system that turned what was happening inside the marketplace into posts each side cared about.
- Recruiter earnings, hiring speed and revenue milestones turned into data-led posts
- Customer hiring stories told from the founder's point of view
- Cadence raised from roughly one post a month to near-daily across five profiles
- Formats tuned toward saves and sends, the signals that keep posts circulating
Results
The program generated six figures in pipeline. Comparing the first 90 days with the most recent 90, impressions grew 25x, from 100K to 2.6M, and engagement grew 8x, as the team went from a handful of posts to a near-daily cadence.
Flywheel took the writing off the founders' plates, saving the team around 20 hours a week on marketing.
